Refund Policy — Cal AI

Cal AI subscriptions, trials that convert to paid plans, and in-app purchases are processed by third-party platforms such as Google Play and the Apple App Store ("Platforms"). Those Platforms handle payment processing, receipts, charge timing, taxes and most refund decisions according to their own policies and applicable law.
Refunds vs. cancellation
A refund returns money for a purchase if approved by the Platform. Cancellation stops future renewals. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period, and deleting the App or your account does not cancel Platform-managed billing.
Google Play purchases
For purchases made through Google Play, refund eligibility and timing are determined by Google. Request a refund from your Google Play order history or the Google Play Help refund flow, select the Cal AI charge, and provide the reason.
Apple App Store purchases
For purchases made through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple via "Report a Problem". Sign in with the Apple ID used, select the Cal AI charge, choose a reason and submit.
When to contact us
Contact [email protected] if you believe there is a technical or billing issue the Platform cannot resolve, such as duplicate charges, a purchase not unlocking after payment is confirmed, or a charge linked to the wrong account. We will review in good faith but cannot override a Platform refund decision.
Information to include
- The Platform used (Google Play or Apple App Store).
- Your order ID, transaction ID or receipt identifier if available.
- The purchase or renewal date and approximate amount.
- The account email used, if relevant.
- A short description and screenshots that do not expose sensitive payment details.
Subscription renewals
To stop future charges, cancel through the Platform before the renewal date. If a renewal already occurred, refund eligibility is determined by the Platform and applicable law.
Chargebacks and account status
If a chargeback or Platform refund is issued, Cal AI may receive a status update and paid access may be removed or adjusted.
